INITIAL PHYSIO ASSESSMENT & TREATMENT CONSULTATION
Initial assessment and treatment consultation, lasting an hour. During this session one of our Clinical Specialists will carry out a full assessment and diagnosis of your problems and implement your treatment and management strategy.
For problems with a longer term nature, a more complex history, or where there is more than one area in need of treatment/where symptoms are felt, an hour is most beneficial for the initial consultation. This allows for a thorough assessment and diagnosis of the issue(s), then enables us to start meaningful treatment allowing a greater and more immediate impact on clients symptoms.

In less complex cases (such as a straightforward muscle strain, ankle sprain or similar), 30 minutes allows sufficient time to effectively assess and begin treatment.
During this session one of our Clinical Specialists will carry out a full assessment and diagnosis of your problems and implement the initial stages of your treatment and management strategy.
Follow-up Physio Treatment/Rehabilitation Consultation
Follow-up treatment session with of our specialist physios – Ideal for more complex cases where there are multiple factors contributing to the problem. Commonly, longer term cases will cause a variety of compensations as the body attempts to find its way around the problem, in order to produce effective, long-term results, it is important to address all of these aspects in a holistic manner.
Follow-up Physio Treatment/Rehabilitation Consultation
Follow-up treatment session with of our specialist physios. Expect hands-on manual treatment and manipulation to reduce pain, increase movement and promote healing, along with tailored rehabilitation exercises and self-management strategies to reinforce treatment results and get results fast.
Sports, Deep Tissue & Therapeutic Massage
Our highly skilled massage therapist provides highly effective and skilled sports, deep tissue and therapeutic massages. Regular sports, deep tissue and therapeutic massage is excellent for relieving tension and stress, improving recovery from exercise, and contributing to general wellbeing.
GAIT ANALYSIS & BIOMECHANICAL ASSESSMENT
One of our Clinical Specialists will undertake a thorough assessment of your functional lower limb biomechanics and gait (walking/running) pattern. Mobility and function of the foot and ankle joints will be assessed, along with lower limb and hip/pelvic muscle power and function, before analysing your mechanical movement and gait pattern. At the end of the session, appropriate recommendations will be made regarding possible provision of orthotics, strength & conditioning, mobility work and most suitable type of footwear.
Steroid Injections for Joint & Soft Tissue Pain (Corticosteroid)
Consultation and injection of anti-inflammatory corticosteroids to help alleviate joint and soft tissue pain. In the right cases, when expertly administered and combined with physiotherapy intervention, these injections can be highly effective for reducing joint and soft tissue related pains (including, but not limited to: arthritis, shoulder pain, tennis elbow, chronic soft tissue pain, knee pain, ankle pain, pain in the smaller joints). They can be extremely effective in cases where there is a specific location of pain that has not settled with standard interventions.
Joint Lubricating Injections for Arthritis & Joint Pains (Ostenil, Ostenil +)
Injection of a joint lubricating solution (Ostenil) that bathes, soothes and nourishes inflamed and damaged joint surfaces. It can provide excellent relief from arthritis and joint pain with no side effects, and injections can be repeated as needed.
Tendon Pain Injections (Ostenil Tendon)
A formula developed specifically for tendon pain that has proven to be highly effective in both the research and in practice. Unlike steroid injections for tendons, there are no potentially concerning side effects or risks. Great for tennis elbow, shoulder and knee tendon problems.
EXERCISE & INJURY PREVENTION
EXERCISE MECHANICS & FORM
Learn how to move correctly in the gym and with any other exercises you undertake. Almost without fail, whenever we someone with problems that can link to gym or exercise-based movements, there are faults in their form and movement mechanics. In this session, one of our specialist physios will provide expert assessment of movement biomechanics and form to ensure you are getting the most from the exercises that you perform.
Ideal for anyone that is struggling with form or pain with gym-based activity, as well as those that wish to improve sports performance or just day to day function.

Improving the resilience of your body is essential in helping to reduce and prevent future injuries.
