CANCELLATION & NON-ATTENDANCE POLICY

The clinic reserves the right to a cancellation and non-attendance policy.
We are all extremely passionate about what we do, nothing is more important to us than helping our clients overcome injuries and live life on their terms.
However, we ask that our clients understand that we are also a business – we have bills to pay, overheads to cover and we need to make sure that our amazing therapists are paid properly so they can cover their bills too. Short notice cancellations or non-attendance means no revenue is generated to cover the costs of paying your therapist or the various overheads that we have. Furthermore, it means that someone that could have benefitted from our services has missed out.
If appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the session will still be charged for. If we are able to fill the cancelled slot, we will waiver this charge.
We understand that life can be busy and unpredictable and we will always take this into consideration, and we will help with appointment confirmation and reminder emails.
Those with pre-authorised sessions through AXA or Bupa UK will lose a session if cancelled late or missed.

Non-attendances will always incur a 100% charge.
